4 skiffs each with 5-6 POB closed on bulk carrier 36NM S of Yemen coast. Weapons and ladders sighted on skiffs. PAG fired upon vessel with AK47s resulting in minor damage. After 40mins Yemini Coast Guard intervened and PAG moved away.
